Terms of Service
GENERAL
- the canvas size is 2048 x 2048 px 300 dpi
- the price on the list is for personal use only, for commercial and monetized use will have additional fee
- estimated progress time is around 2-12 days depending on the queue and my rl situation
- file will be sent in jpeg and png format by google driveWORKFLOW
- contact me for the order form
- discuss your character design and fill the form
- finish your payments
- once you’ve done your payment, your order will automatically entered the queue
- i’ll start working based on the queue (from the top to the bottom of the list)
- once its your turn, i’ll send you the sketch and you’ll get 2x free revision on the sketching process
- once the sketch is accepted, i’ll continue to the coloring process
- you’ll get 1x minor revision (color/shade revision) after i send you the final piece
- once the final piece is completed and accepted, the files will be sent by google drive linkPAYMENT
- full payment upfront only
- no refund after you place your order. please be wise before ordering/commissioning.
